The Position
As part of the ImproveMatic team, you will support our clients with Quality and compliance tasks. You´ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, that will keep you engaged and motivated. Your responsibilities may include:
- Handling daily GMP operations, including deviation investigation and reporting, CAPAs, validations, and SOP management
- Optimizing quality processes tailored to clients ‘ needs
- Conducting GAP analyses to align with cGMP, balancing regulatory compliance and product quality

About you
We are looking for a candidate with a strong quality mindset and result-oriented approach, who can balance compliance and product quality. You are someone who:
- Holds an academic degree in pharmacy, chemical engineering or similar
- Has 4 – 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Manufacturing in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Has strong and demonstrated professional achievements within your professional roles
- Is proficient in both English and Danish, both spoken and written

- Self-motivated and driven to make a positive impact for our clients
- Curious and eager to understand our clients’ processes and make an impact in each project
- Skilled at simplifying complex situations, providing clarity in compliance and quality matters
- A positive and respectful team player with a good sense of humor
